A new name. The same business.
Gold Recruitment is now Gold Works.
The name has changed to reflect what we do: residential construction and home improvements.
Gold Works is the new trading name of the same unincorporated business. Our focus is on people who want to improve their homes, supported by hands-on trade experience.
Whether you’re rethinking a kitchen, making use of a loft or planning an extension, the starting point is understanding what you need from the space.
What matters to us
The way we work matters, too.
A home is a personal place. The work deserves care, and so do the people living with it.
Care for your home
Discussing access, site arrangements and the impact of the work before it starts.
Attention to the work
Thinking about the structure and the finish, with the right trades involved at the right stage.
How we work
Clear steps. From the start.
A considered approach, with the practical details talked through together.
Tell us your plans
A first conversation about your home, ideas and priorities.
Look at the details
A site visit and a discussion of scope, access and practicalities.
Agree the work
A proposal setting out the work and the approach to delivery.
Build & hand over
Hands-on construction, communication and the finishing details.
